Step 3: Investor Verification

Motley Fool Ventures will contract with a 3rd party firm, Verify Investor, to manage the qualification process. Verify Investor is the largest and most well-known provider of investor verification services. Verify Investor will verify prospective investor’s accredited status by either requesting and reviewing the relevant forms (tax returns, etc.) or by having an attorney, accountant or financial advisor submit a letter certifying the Accredited Investor status. After you have signed the Subscription Agreement, you will receive an email with a link to start the Investor Verification process.
