Prior to joining the venture fund, Brendan was a senior analyst in the Motley Fool’s U.S. investing team. For six years, he found and followed great companies for David and Tom Gardner as a researcher and writer for Stock Advisor, Motley Fool One, and Supernova.

Dilene attended the University of Maryland where she received a Master of Finance and B.S. in Finance and International Business. Prior to working with the Motley Fool Ventures team, she was a part of the The Motley Fool’s Member Services team where she assisted members with using fool.com.

Jen Kasse

Before joining Motley Fool Ventures, Jen worked in higher education and television production. During her time at George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA), Jen managed the logistics for the day-to-day operations of teams, coordinated events and assisted with marketing, and communications efforts.

John has lead The Motley Fool’s business development team for over 10 years. He has been responsible for managing our ad business, developing and managing partnerships such as Yahoo!, Aol, MSN, CNN, our brokerage partners, and many more.

For four years prior to joining Motley Fool Ventures, Kristine was a member of the fool.com team, which made heavy use of her skills in digital media, search engine marketing, data analytics, and customer acquisition.

As Chief Legal Officer of The Motley Fool, Lawrence worked with the members of the Motley Fool Ventures team, and others, on all kinds of deals, from venture and debt financing, to international joint ventures, to technology and content licensing.

Prior to joining the Fund, Ollen was CFO of The Motley Fool Holdings, Inc. for 14 years. During that time, He was responsible for the overall financial health of the Fool, and helped guide the company through periods of major growth, contraction and market volatility.

Reggie has been a Fool for two decades (and counting). After a stint as the assistant to co-founder Tom Gardner, she served as a senior editor for Fool.com and our premium services.

A Fool since 2006, Rob was a founding team member of Motley Fool Asset Management, LLC, and he served as Director of Retail Operations after the asset management business’ launch in 2009.

Thomas, more commonly known to friends as TJ, worked full time for The Motley Fool for 14 years and held a number of roles ranging from Office Manager to Head of Business Development, and currently serves as a Fool consultant, helping to manage the private company portfolio.
